Decisions about AI adoption, governance, policy, and risk are yours to make, and we encourage you to involve your board, counsel, and advisors where appropriate.
The assessment is a self-reported diagnostic. Its results reflect the answers you provide and are intended to be directional, helping you identify strengths and gaps, not an audit, certification, or guarantee of any outcome. How assessment data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Templates and other downloadable resources we publish, such as our nonprofit AI policy template, are provided so organizations can adapt them for their own internal use. You may customize them freely for your organization. You may not resell them, redistribute them as your own work, or remove CNAI attribution from unmodified copies. Templates are starting points and should be reviewed by your leadership, and where appropriate your counsel, before adoption.
The content on this site, including text, frameworks, graphics, and the CNAI name and logo, is owned by the Center for Nonprofit AI unless otherwise noted. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. For republication or other uses, ask us first through the contact form.
If you submit a pitch or article through our Write for CNAI program, you confirm the work is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Submission does not guarantee publication. Specific editorial terms, including attribution and any rights granted to CNAI, are covered in our guest author guidelines and confirmed with you before publication.
