Michael Lugo is a nonprofit executive with more than 14 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including over a decade with one of the nation's largest nonprofit organizations, and service on numerous nonprofit boards. His work spans organizational operations, membership growth, volunteer engagement, staff leadership, process improvement, and the use of AI to strengthen decision-making and organizational capacity.
He holds an Associate in Applied Science from Dallas College and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in International Business from the University of North Texas. He is currently an MBA candidate at West Virginia University and a participant in MIT Professional Education's Leading AI Strategy program.
